杜瓦瓶（低溫絕熱氣瓶）是用于儲存運(yùn)輸和使用深冷產(chǎn)品（液癢、液氮、液氬）的高真空多層絕熱的可移動式低溫液體容器，它由不銹鋼內(nèi)外殼、高真空絕熱夾層、內(nèi)置式氣化器、閥門管路及安全系統(tǒng)組成。

技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

1、全不銹鋼容器，潔凈衛(wèi)生，杜絕了普通氣瓶中的水分、鐵銹、氣態(tài)酸堿、氟塑料等污染，能夠確保介質(zhì)純度。

2、公稱壓力低，遠(yuǎn)低于高壓氣瓶的充裝壓力，安全性能好。

3、低壓儲存液體，液氣轉(zhuǎn)化后，一只充滿液氧的低溫氣瓶相當(dāng)于30只高壓氧氣瓶，作為集中供氣裝置可降低運(yùn)輸，重裝及搬運(yùn)成本。

4、采用高真空多層絕熱方式，確保低蒸發(fā)率。

5、節(jié)氣裝置優(yōu)先使用氣相空間超壓氣體。

6、采用國際通用CGA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接頭，全部進(jìn)口閥門配置。

7、獨(dú)特保護(hù)框設(shè)計(jì)滿足頻繁運(yùn)輸要求。

8、主要用于運(yùn)輸和儲存液氧、液氮、液氬、液化天然氣、液態(tài)二氧化碳。

9、適用于:電子、科研、化工、焊接、LNG供給等行業(yè)。
