產(chǎn)品介紹

——余熱鍋爐，利用各種工業(yè)過程中的煙氣、廢氣、廢液等輸出物中的剩余熱量生產(chǎn)熱水、熱油、蒸汽等的鍋爐。由于余熱鍋爐大大地提高了燃料燃燒釋放的熱量的利用率，所以這種鍋爐十分節(jié)能。由于適用環(huán)境的不同，我們工廠的余熱鍋爐一般都是定制加工，根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際環(huán)境和需要，進(jìn)行定制生產(chǎn)。

技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

1. 充分利用熱能。燃油、燃?xì)狻⑷济旱冉?jīng)過燃燒產(chǎn)生高溫?zé)煔忉尫艧崃浚邷責(zé)煔庀冗M(jìn)入爐膛，再進(jìn)入前煙箱的余熱回收裝置，接著進(jìn)入煙火管，最后進(jìn)入后煙箱煙道內(nèi)的余熱回收裝置，高溫?zé)煔庾兂傻蜏責(zé)煔饨?jīng)煙囪排入大氣，整個(gè)過程充分利用熱能，利用率高，浪費(fèi)少，效益好。

2. 高效節(jié)能。由于余熱鍋爐大大地提高了燃料燃燒釋放的熱量的利用率，所以這種鍋爐十分節(jié)能。

3. 全定制生產(chǎn)。適用不同環(huán)境，我們工廠的余熱鍋爐一般都定制加工，根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際環(huán)境和需要，進(jìn)行定制生產(chǎn)。
