產品介紹

——余熱鍋爐，利用各種工業過程中的煙氣、廢氣、廢液等輸出物中的剩余熱量生產熱水、熱油、蒸汽等的鍋爐。由于余熱鍋爐大大地提高了燃料燃燒釋放的熱量的利用率，所以這種鍋爐十分節能。由于適用環境的不同，我們工廠的余熱鍋爐一般都是定制加工，根據用戶實際環境和需要，進行定制生產。

技術特點

1. 充分利用熱能。燃油、燃氣、燃煤等經過燃燒產生高溫煙氣釋放熱量，高溫煙氣先進入爐膛，再進入前煙箱的余熱回收裝置，接著進入煙火管，最后進入后煙箱煙道內的余熱回收裝置，高溫煙氣變成低溫煙氣經煙囪排入大氣，整個過程充分利用熱能，利用率高，浪費少，效益好。

2. 高效節能。由于余熱鍋爐大大地提高了燃料燃燒釋放的熱量的利用率，所以這種鍋爐十分節能。

3. 全定制生產。適用不同環境，我們工廠的余熱鍋爐一般都定制加工，根據用戶實際環境和需要，進行定制生產。

4. 使用蒸汽做熱載體，安全高效，溫度高，使用穩定，循環使用損耗小。

5. 體積小，利用率高，可配套多種設備，最大限度發揮產品性能。
